Why BVS?
A Place Where Your Work Truly Matters
We're a specialty referral hospital — which means every case that walks through our doors is complex, meaningful, and rewarding. Our team is small enough that everyone knows each other, and large enough to offer real career growth.
We believe that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients. That's why we offer competitive compensation, strong benefits, and a culture built on mutual respect.
Our people are our primary asset. We believe that a supported, healthy team is the foundation of a successful practice. We prioritize the well-being and professional growth of our staff above all else
We value how we get there as much as where we go. We prioritize ethical pathways, meticulous preparation, and doing the right thing for the right reasons, ensuring our success is built on a foundation of character.
The patient is our North Star. We provide the highest standard of surgical care and post-operative support, acting as the ultimate protector of the animals entrusted to us.
We recognize that behind every patient is a concerned human. We communicate with clarity, warmth, and active listening, turning clinical complexity into comfort and confidence for our clients.
We strive for mastery in everything we do. From the precision of the incision to the cleanliness of the facility, we hold ourselves to the highest possible standards.
